  The paradigmatic changes, which started with the 21st century and still continue, have necessitated change in the field of education as well as in the economic, social, political and cultural fields. When considered within the scope of education, these changes regarding the nature of learning and the power of academic knowledge should be reflected in education both theoretically and practically. Therefore, in recent years, it is seen that many countries have made some innovations in order to improve their education systems. Information technologies, professional knowledge and skill levels of teachers, educational policies and practices aimed at improving the teaching-learning process are among the subjects of these innovations.
