  Aviation is one of the most popular fields of study today. In this context, aviation specialist departments are established both in the sector and in universities.
  Even if the use of aircraft has similar results to that of other ve-hicles, the rules differ greatly. Candidates who successfully complete difficult training processes can become a pilot. Decision making is very important for an organization or indivi-dual. After the decisions are taken, irreparable results can be faced. The decision-making approach emphasized by business, economics and psychology is also important in aviation.
  The decision-making skills of pilots must be developed. The de-velopment of this skill is very important in the education phase. In this research, the decision making methods of pilots will be examined.
